Questions About the Workshops

Is there Jamf training in India?

TexArxs runs independent online workshops for people in India. Our MDM Administration topic is hands-on work in a working MDM, such as Jamf Pro. TexArxs is not affiliated with Jamf, Microsoft, Mosyle or Apple, and these are not their courses.

What is macOS packaging?

Packaging means turning software and settings into an installer (a .pkg file) that can be signed, tested and installed on many Mac devices without touching each one. Our packaging workshop teaches this from first principles, including packages that work with MDM tools.

What does an MDM administrator do?

They enrol devices, apply settings and security rules, deploy apps and keep software up to date across a fleet of devices, usually from a central MDM console. Our MDM workshops cover this hands-on.

Is the training online?

Yes. Every workshop is live online, led by a practitioner, so you can join from anywhere in India.

Are these vendor-run courses?

No. TexArxs is an independent company. The workshops are practitioner-led, are not run on behalf of any vendor and do not lead to a vendor certification.

Who are the workshops for?

Mac admins, IT engineers and support professionals who manage or support Apple devices. The packaging workshop is intermediate level.

How do I join a batch?

Register interest through the form, which is open to people in India. When enough people have registered for a workshop, we email everyone with confirmed dates and details.

Is there a cost to register interest?

No. Registering is free and carries no commitment.

Can my whole team attend together?

Not as a team booking. Workshops are for individuals, so each person registers separately.
